Christmas Eve Company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company” or “we”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and to ensure the prompt and smooth handling of any related complaints. (Including categorization of job seekers and corporate members) 2. Recruitment Information and Matching Services: We process personal information to provide tailored job information to job seekers and to recommend suitable candidates to hiring companies. (Including visa information, career history, education, etc.) 3. Service Operation and Improvement: We process personal information for the development of new services, provision of personalized services, statistical analysis of service usage, and offering opportunities to participate in events.
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company retains and uses personal information within the period permitted by law or the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection. • In principle: Personal information is destroyed without delay when a member withdraws or when the purpose of collection and use is achieved. Exceptions (based on relevant laws): • If certain information must be retained under laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Company will retain that information for the period specified by the corresponding laws.
