These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Christmas Eve Company Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “we”). By accessing or using our services, users (“you” or “users”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between the Company and users in relation to the use of services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definition of Services)
The services provided by the Company include, but are not limited to: 1. Membership-based job matching and recruitment services 2. Delivery of tailored employment information and company recommendations 3. Platform features, tools, and content necessary for connecting job seekers and hiring companies 4. Additional services developed and provided by the Company in the future
Article 3 (User Obligations)
Users shall comply with the following obligations while using the services: 1. Do not provide false or fraudulent information during registration or service use. 2. Do not infringe on the rights, intellectual property, or privacy of the Company or other users. 3. Do not engage in actions that may disrupt service operations, including unauthorized access, data scraping, or system abuse. 4. Keep account credentials secure and do not share them with third parties.
Article 4 (Service Availability and Changes)
The Company may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or limit certain parts of the service for operational, technical, or legal reasons. In the event of significant changes, the Company will notify users in advance through our website or other appropriate means.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not responsible for any of the following: 1. Issues arising from user negligence, including loss of account access 2. Disruptions caused by third-party services, network providers, or external system failures 3. Losses resulting from interactions, agreements, or disputes between job seekers and hiring companies
Article 6 (Termination of Service Use)
Users may terminate their account at any time through the membership withdrawal process. The Company may restrict or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms or engages in activities that undermine service stability or integrity.
Article 7 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
